I moved to Mt. Healthy in 1968, attended Duvall Elementary for 6th grade, and remained at Mr.
Healthy through graduation in 1975. My academic focus at Mt. Healthy was business. I am proud of the fact that in April of my senior year I was offered a secretarial position at Procter & Gamble in downtown Cincinnati and began working there in July following graduation. In addition to P&G, I also worked for Cincinnati Center for Developmental Disorders at Children's Hospital Medical Center and currently work for the Curriculum Director at the Mt. Healthy Board of Education.
I married Delbert Robinson (Mt. Healthy class of 1974) and we have two children ... Kyle Robinson (Mt. Healthy class of 1998) and Amber Robinson (Mt. Healthy class of 2000). We welcomed a daughter-in-law Michelle Barrett (Mt. Healthy class of 2000). Other family attending Mt. Healthy Schools include both of my brothers, their wives, my uncle, and my grandmother. My roots are deep in Mt. Healthy soil.
I am proud of my city and of the accomplishments of our graduates. I've served in many volunteer roles in Mt. Healthy including PTA treasurer, room mom, band booster treasurer, Girl Scout leader, chair of Alumnus of the Year Committee, chair of Final Farewell event at the Adams Road high school, as well as many church positions. I've worked many Mt. Healthy levy efforts as a student, a parent, and an employee. My pride for Mt. Healthy never fades and my hope is that each Mt.
Healthy student will succeed. I am happy for any role I can play in that success.
