The health and wellness of our Mt. Healthy City School District students and staff are of the highest priority. Therefore, it is important to communicate that the district administration has been informed of a positive test of a student or staff member. The person is at home and isolating from others. The Hamilton County Public Health has been notified and is working in conjunction with the district to inform the parents. The district is currently in 100% remote learning at this time, and only a handful of students are in the building due to testing, orientations, and daycare for working parents. The district has been advised by HCPH that we do not have quarantine, and we will continue taking steps to keep students, staff members, and families safe and healthy.
We want to assure our school community and our stakeholders that we are taking all necessary precautions to protect everyone by requiring all persons to wear masks while they are in the buildings, necessitating the proper cleaning of hands, and sanitizing all surfaces regularly.
